2014 Clinical Quality Measures Report
Dear ICANotes Meaningful Use Attester,
Attached please find your Clinical Quality Measures report for October 1 - December 31, 2014.
Some of the measures have 0’s in the numerator or the denominator or both. That’s ok. You must, however, report on all 9 measures even if there are zero’s.
Even though some measures are ones you may have reported on with your patients, they still may show 0. This is because of some additional steps required for analysis of 2014 Clinical Quality Measures by ICANotes. Those steps were not part of the workflow for your reporting on Clinical Quality Measures.
How do I report Clinical Quality Measures?
Go to Step 31 in the Attestation User Guide – see below.
Choose Option 2 – to enter the CQM data manually. Use the numbers in the CQM report and enter them for each of the 9 measures regardless of whether there are 0s.
