Ability for Supervisor to Sign Treatment Plan

Overview

 

ICANotes plus allows the supervisors to sign the Treatment Plan. You can create a new role as Supervisor and then invite a new user and assign the Supervisor role to that user. Once the role is created and permission is assigned, you can go to Treatment Plan > Compile tab and add a team member in it to be able to sign the Treatment Plan.

 

Create a New ‘Supervisor’ Role

In the bookmarks on your left, click Settings. 

 

On the top, select the Practice Settings tab > select the Roles & Permission from the left menu.

 

Click the Create New Role button.

 

 

On the Create New Role screen, define a new role Supervisor and enter the description for this role.

 

 

Invite a new user and assign the role of Supervisor. In this example, Sam Jonas is a supervisor.

 

 

 

Assign Permissions

To assign the permission to supervisor for signing Treatment Plan:


Go to Chart Face and select the Treatment Plan tab.

 

2.    Click the Add New Treatment Plan button.

 

 

Enter all the details in the Treatment Plan and do the following:


a.    Select the Compile tab.
b.    Click the Add Team Member button as shown below.

 

 

It opens the Manage Members screen. Enter the name of the supervisor and select it from the populated list. 

 

 

The name of the supervisor will appear in the list as shown in the screen below.
