You can electronically sign multiple completed notes at once from the Finished Notes list in the Clinical Dashboard. Supervisors can also batch-sign notes from the Co-signature Worklist. This reduces the need to open and sign each note individually.
Users must have the Sign Notes in Batch permission to use this feature.
Note: Batch signing is not yet generally available. We will first test this feature with a limited group before releasing it to all users.Explore batch signing with an interactive demo tour to learn how to select multiple completed notes, sign them at once, and track their signing status from the Clinical Dashboard.
