Checking Appointment History

Overview  

When viewing a client's chart face, you can access information about their past and upcoming appointments, as well as their full appointment history. 

 

 

Viewing a Client's Appointment History 

On the client's chart face, you will see the dates of their most recent and next scheduled appointments, as shown in the screenshot below. If no future appointments are scheduled, it will display "No future appointments set." 

 

To view the client's full appointment history, click the Appointment History button. 



 

 

 

After clicking the link, you'll be redirected to the Appointments Report, which displays the client's previous appointments, as shown below. To view appointments over a longer date range, adjust the start and end dates in the left pane.
