Filter Charts by Status

Filter Charts by Status

Overview

ICANotes+ allows you to assign one of the following four statuses from the client’s chart:

  • Active
  • Inactive
  • Pending
  • Test

By default, only clients with an Active status are displayed in the Chart Room. If you want to view clients with other statuses, you can use the Chart Status dropdown to filter the list.

This article provides guidance on how to assign a client's status and filter clients based on their chart status.

Recording a Client's Chart Status

When creating a new chart or modifying an existing one, you will see the client’s current status displayed, as shown in the screenshot below. By default, the status is set to Active, but you can change it as needed.

The dropdown allows you to choose different statuses, as shown below.

Filtering the Client List by Chart Status

When you access the Chart Room from the left sidebar, only clients with Active status are shown by default.

To filter the client list by status, use the Chart Status dropdown and select a different status, as shown below. The client list will then update based on your selection.

Refer to the screen below. The client list in the right pane updates according to the selection made in the Chart Status dropdown.
