How to Access the Clinician Reminder Sheet

In order to access the Clinician Reminder Sheet, you need to:
 
Select Reports from the file menu.

 
Next select the Clinician Reminder Sheet from the Reports dropdown menu.
 
 
The Clinician Reminder Sheet will take you to the screen below, showing you appointments and which notes need attention.

 
If providers would like to see the Clinician Reminder Sheet upon logging in, they can enable that feature by selecting the checkbox highlighted blow in Settings and Directories. To access it, providers will go to Settings and Directories > Personal Info > Options > Options at Logon: Clinician Reminder Sheet

  

To enable the feature for all users:
 
Security Administrators have the ability to send all clinicians to the Clinician Reminder upon Login. To enable this, the Security Administrator will need to following these steps in Settings and Directories:
 
Select Security Center and enter in your password.


Next, select Group Rules on the upper right of the Security Center.

 
In the Defaults tab, click to enable the Group Rule Go to Clinical Reminders at Logon.

 
Click Back to save your changes. Upon the next login, all users will be diverted to the Clinician Reminder Sheet first before the Chart Room.
