How to Create an Intake Package for Clients

This Knowledge Base article will guide ICANotes practice owners through the workflow of creating Form and Assessment Packages. 
 
Navigate to Settings 
 
In Practice Forms, expand the Form & Assessment Package section
 
  
 
Click to Create Package
 
In the Form & Adult Assessment Package Creation pop-up, enter a Package Title and select one or more assessments. You can also include any custom Forms you've uploaded. 
 
  
 
When all selections are made, click to Save. To make more Packages, follow the same steps outlined above.
 
You'll see a brief notification confirming package creation in the lower corner of your screen.
 
 
Each Package will be contained within its own card, with buttons to delete or edit. 
 
 
Click the pencil icon  to make changes to which forms and assessments are included with the package. Clicking the trash icon  will delete the Package. Deleted Packages cannot be restored. 
 
Packages can be sent to Portal-enabled clients/chart owners from the Communication tab in the chart. 
 
 
 
In the Communication tab, click the icon  in Documents to select a Package to send it through the portal.
