How to Download, Copy, Print, Sign Treatment Plan

Overview

This knowledge base article guides you on downloading, printing, copying, and signing treatment plans.

 

Downloading Treatment Plan

After entering the required details and compiling the treatment plan, you will have the option to download it. The Download button will appear in the top right corner of the compiled treatment plan, as shown below:


 

 

Clicking the Download button will open the treatment plan in PDF format, as depicted in the following screenshot.


 


Printing Treatment Plan 

After entering the required details and compiling the treatment plan, you will have the option to print it. The Print button will appear in the top right corner of the compiled treatment plan, as shown below:



 

 

Clicking the Print button will open the following screen. Select the desired printer settings and click the Print button to print the treatment plan.

 

 

 

Copying Treatment Plan 

ICANotes+ allows you to copy the treatment plan content to the clipboard for easy pasting wherever needed. After entering the required details and compiling the treatment plan, you will have the option to copy it. The Copy to Clipboard button will appear in the top right corner of the compiled treatment plan, as shown below:

 


 

 

Signing Treatment Plan Electronically 

ICANotes+ allows you to sign the treatment plan electronically after the compilation process. On the bottom right side, you will find the Electronically Sign button as highlighted in the screen below. Once you sign the treatment plan, your signature will appear on the last page of the document.

 

 

When you click the Electronically Sign button, the Sign Please screen opens as shown below.

 

 




 

You can put your signature in the designated box and click the Save button. The signature will then appear on the compiled treatment plan as shown below.

 

NotesIf you want to view the signature at a later stage, you can click the View link in the Signed Copies section at the bottom right side of the compiled treatment plan.

 

Capturing Manual Signatures on the Treatment Plan 

In addition to capturing electronic signatures, you can capture manual signatures on the treatment plan.


When compiling a treatment plan, you will find an option labeled Include blank signature lines for print in the right pane. By selecting this checkbox, blank signature lines will be added to the bottom of the treatment plan.


After printing, you can manually collect signatures from the relevant individuals, such as clinicians, clients, parents/guardians, or others.
