Overview

ICANotes+ offers flexible subscription plans designed to support a variety of clinical and administrative roles. Plans are available for prescribing and non-prescribing clinicians, as well as non-clinical users such as interns, paraprofessionals, and administrative staff. Each plan includes features tailored to the user’s responsibilities, with options for full-time, part-time, and notes-only workflows.

In addition to the core plans, ICANotes+ provides optional add-on services—such as text appointment reminders, telehealth, and payment processing—to enhance practice operations. This article outlines all available subscription plans and optional services to help you select the option that best fits your practice needs.

Full-Time Prescribing Clinician (includes e-Rx)

$213/month plus $99 activation fee

Part-Time Prescribing Clinician (includes e-Rx) 

$138/month plus $99 activation fee (100 notes/month) 

 

 

Full-Time Non-Prescribing Clinician $75/month 
Part-Time Non-Prescribing Clinician  $45/month (up to 60 notes/month) 
Full-Time Non-Prescriber Notes Only (Calendar feature Not Applicable) $55/month
