New client portal experience is comingThe Client Portal allows you to review, sign, download, and manage documents shared by your practice. Documents such as forms, clinical notes, invoices, and superbills can be accessed from the My Documents section.
You can also request missing documents and receive notifications when new documents are available.
The following sub-tabs are available:
The All Documents tab displays all documents shared by your practice, including:
You can review and download documents from this tab.
The Forms tab displays only forms shared by your practice, such as intake forms and other questionnaires.
You can review and download forms from this tab.
The Documents tab displays non-form documents, including:
You can review and download documents from this tab.
The To Be Signed tab displays documents that require your signature.
After signing, you can download the document to your device.
The Action Required tab displays documents that require your attention, such as documents awaiting review or signature.
Open the document and complete any required actions.
The New tab displays newly shared documents that have not yet been reviewed.
After you review or complete any required actions for a document, it will no longer appear in the New tab.
Documents are displayed as individual cards within each tab.

If a document requires your signature:
Once signed, the document can be downloaded for your records.
If you need a document that is not available in the portal:
Your provider can then review your request and share the document if available.
When your practice shares a new document, you may receive a notification message in the Client Portal.
Examples of documents that may generate notifications include:
The notification message includes a link to the document.
Selecting the link opens the New tab within My Documents, where you can review the newly shared document.
Where can I find documents shared by my practice?
Open the My Documents tab and select the appropriate sub-tab to view your documents.
What types of documents can be shared through the Client Portal?
Your practice may share forms, progress notes, complete evaluations, invoices, superbills, and other documents.
What does the Pending Review status mean?
Pending Review indicates that a document has been shared with you but has not yet been reviewed.
What happens after I review a document marked as Pending Review?
After reviewing the document, its status may change to Completed.
How do I know if a document requires my signature?
Documents that require your signature appear in the To Be Signed tab.
Can I download documents from the Client Portal?
Yes. Shared documents can be downloaded and saved to your device.
Where can I find newly shared documents?
Newly shared documents appear in the New tab until they have been reviewed or any required actions have been completed.
What should I do if I cannot find a document?
Use the Missing Document option within My Documents to send a request to your provider.
Will I be notified when a new document is available?
Yes. When a new document is shared, you may receive a message in the Client Portal containing a link to the document.
Why did a document disappear from the New tab?
Documents are removed from the New tab after they have been reviewed or the required action has been completed.
Can I access previously reviewed documents?
Yes. Previously reviewed documents remain available in the appropriate document tabs and can be downloaded when needed.
