Patient Account Detail Export Added Options

1. Go to Reports.

2. Choose the report.
​
​
3. Input the search criteria and then click the  button.
​
 
4. Once the report populates, click the  button.
​
 
5. Select the information you wish to export. Patient Full (name), Patient SSN, and Date Claim Submitted (Date Claim Submitted only available in aging reports) are new options that can be used. Click the Export button. 
​
You can also choose to make these option your default settings.
​
 
6. After clicking the Export button, You will see a prompt asking if you want to set these settings as default.
 
 
7. You will receive the Export File Saved message. Click OK to clear it. 
 
 
8. Go to the Upload Site and log in using your ICANotes username and password. 
​
 
9. Click on the Exports link and then choose the file that you want to download.
​
 
The information will show in the Excel form. 
​
