Overview
You can print a Client Face Sheet from the client's chart. The face sheet provides a summary of key client information in a printer-friendly format.
Print a Client Face Sheet

Open the client's chart.

Click Print Face Sheet.

Print the face sheet or save it as a PDF, if needed.
The Client Face Sheet includes:

Client name
-
Chart ID
-
Date of birth
-
Contact information
-
Insurance details
-
Date the face sheet was printed
You can print the client's face sheet or save it as a pdf.
