Quick Calendar
The Calendar Quick View enables clinicians to see their schedules without entering the Calendar.
There are two areas that the Calendar Quick View / Quick Calendar can be accessed:
- In the Chart Room from the
icon.
- From the Reports dropdown menu.

A- Click the
button to go to the Calendar.
B- Change which clinician's schedule to view.
C- Change the date on schedule.
D- Click within the status field to change the status from the dropdown menu.
E- Toggle to hide block outs or hide cancelled/rescheduled.
F- Click the
button to print the schedule shown.
G- Click
to open the patient's chart face.
H- Click
to open a read-only Event Detail window.
I. Click the
button to close the window.
