Showing Patient Calendar Notes on Appointments

Overview

The Patient Calendar Notes feature allows you to enter client-specific notes in the demographics that automatically appear on all of the client’s appointments. This enhancement ensures that important information is visible during scheduling and review without requiring repeated data entry.

Add Patient Calendar Notes

The Patient Calendar Notes field is available in the client chart.

To add notes:
  1. Select Chart Room from the left sidebar and select the client.

  2. Select the Demographics tab

  3. Expand the General panel. 

  4. Click Edit and enter the relevant information in the Patient Calendar Notes field. You can enter up to 1,000 characters.



View Notes on Appointments

Notes entered in the Patient Calendar Notes field automatically appear on the  appointments. Any updates you make to the Patient Calendar Notes field apply immediately to all linked appointments.

To view patient calendar notes on the appointments,
  1. Select Calendar from the left sidebar.
  2. Select the client's appointment.
  3. Locate the Patient Calendar Notes on the client's appointment.
