Signature at End of Note

Signature at End of Note

The Signature at End of Note field contains the signature information for each user when compiling notes, such as a progress note. This signature field is not the same as the electronic signature, or signature capture functionality. Your signature must include your name as entered when your account was created.

To update how your signature appears at the end of your notes, navigate to individual Settings and Directories, then click into the Options tab.

To make a change to how your signature will appear, place your cursor into the text field and click to make it active. Start typing.

When finished, click anywhere outside of the Signature At End of Note field to commit it (there is no Save button on this screen).

Clicking Cancel will revert the field.
