Guide to Logging In to ICANotes+


Overview

This article provides a step-by-step guide to logging in to ICANotes+. It covers how to access the login page, complete the 2-Step Verification process (if enabled), set up your account for first-time use, and reset your password if needed. Step 1: Access the Login Page

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Go to the ICANotes+ login page: https://app.icanotes.com/landing.
  3. Enter your registered email address.
  4. Enter your password.

Step 2: Complete 2-Step Verification (If Enabled)

If 2-Step Verification is enabled:

  1. Enter the verification code from your authenticator app.
  2. (Optional) Select the "Remember this computer" checkbox to bypass verification on future logins from this device.

Step 3: First-Time Login Setup

If this is your first time logging in, you must set up 2-Step Verification:

  1. Follow the instructions in How to Set Up 2-Step Verification for Your ICANotes+ Account.
  2. Once setup is complete, you will be redirected to your account.
  3. Enter your practice's location information to finalize the setup.

Step 4: Reset Your Password (If Forgotten)

If you forgot your password:

  1. On the login page, click "Forgot your password?"
  2. Follow the instructions in How to Reset Your ICANotes+ Password.
