Claim Submission Summary Report

Analyze claim submission activity with the new Claim Submission Summary Report. The report provides a summary of submitted claims and associated charges, with options to:

  • Group results by Payer, Rendering Provider, Submitter, or Service Location.
  • Filter claims by Submission Start and Submission End dates.
  • View the number of claims submitted and total charges for each group.
  • View grand totals for all submitted claims and charges.
  • Search and export report results in CSV, PDF, or Excel formats.
For more information, see the Claim Submission Summary Report knowledge base article.

Data Requirements Enhancements

Data Requirements now provides expanded support for Group Therapy Progress Notes. This note type can be included in data requirement rules and exceptions for Diagnosis Codes, Follow Up, Linked Appointment, Service Codes, and Time Spent.

Follow Up can also be configured as a required field for supported note types. When configured as required, the Follow Up field must be completed before the note can be compiled. If the field is blank, a validation message identifies the missing field, and the note cannot be compiled until the field is completed.

Refer to the Configure Required Fields for Clinical Notes knowledge base article.

View Appointments Using Status Colors

Appointments can now be displayed using colors based on Status or Appointment Type. Use the Appointment Color By option to switch between the two views.
