This KB article includes the new features released in ICANotes+ version v5.17.
Administrators now have the capability to grant practice users access to the Settings option in the left sidebar and allow them to manage the Account Management tab. When creating or updating a role in Roles & Permissions, you'll find the highlighted options in the screen below to assign permissions for:
Access Settings on Left Sidebar: To grant users access to the Settings option in the left sidebar, select this checkbox. If left unchecked, users with this role won't be able to see the Settings option.
Access & Manage Account Management Tab: Select this checkbox to enable the users access the highlighted Account Management tab, granting them permission to both access and manage it.
If you do not select the 'Access & Manage Account Management Tab' checkbox, users assigned this role will encounter an error, as displayed in the screenshot below, when attempting to access the Account Management tab.
As you scroll down the right side of the page, you'll find the specific details of the changes made in roles and permissions for that role.
