ICANotes+ version 8.0 brings new features and improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
Billing Reports – Enhanced Filtering Options
Billing reports now feature additional filters at the top of the page, enabling you to refine report results based on specific criteria.
The screenshot below illustrates the Billing Report. Depending on the report selected from the dropdown, relevant filters will dynamically appear to help you narrow your search.
Billing Report - Filters
You can refine the billing report using the following filters:
- Client
- Clinician
- Location
Aging by Service Date Report - Filters
You can refine the aging by service date report using the 'Group By' filter as shown below:
Claim Submission Report - Filters
You can refine the claim submission report using the following filters:
- Submitter
- Payer
Denials Report - Filters
You can refine the denials report using the following filters:
- Payer
- Client
- Reason Code
- Insurance Balance Greater Than
Payments / Adjustments Report - Filters
You can refine the payments/adjustments report using the following filters:
- Clinician
- Location
Updated Claim Consent Selection
The claim consent selection process now uses a dropdown list instead of checkboxes.
Changes
- When you create a new chart, the dropdown list defaults to Yes.
- You can change the selection based on communication with the client.
To access claim consent options
- In the left sidebar, select Chart Room.
- Create a new chart or open an existing chart.
- Select the Communications tab.
- Expand the Consents section.
- Use the dropdown lists for the following consents:
- Consent on file authorizing release of information to process and/or adjudicate the claim
- Consent on file authorizing payment of medical benefits
When you select a dropdown list, the available options appear.
