To Send Charges to Collections

Navigate to the client’s chart.

Click Account > expand the Account Ledger panel.

Select the applicable charges.

Open the Actions dropdown and select Send to Collections.

In the Charges in Collections screen, enter notes and click Save.
A success message confirms the charges have been sent to collections.
To Remove Charges from Collections
In the Account Ledger, open the Actions dropdown.
Select Remove from Collections.
In the Charges in Collections screen, click Save.
A toast message confirms the charges have been removed from collections.
New Signatures Report
The Signature Report helps clinicians and administrators track the progress of note signing and co-signing workflows. This report offers visibility into signed and co-signed documentation, including who signed, when signatures occurred, and whether co-signature requests have been fulfilled. By leveraging this report, practices can ensure timely completion of documentation, streamline co-signature follow-ups, and support compliance efforts.
This report can be exported in CSV, PDF, or Excel format, similar to other reports. Users must have the appropriate permission to access the Signatures Report.
To access the Signatures Report:
- Select More from the left sidebar.
- Select Reports.
- In the Report dropdown, select Signatures Report.

Report Columns
When you generate or export the report, it includes the following columns:
- Encounter Date: Date when the service was rendered to the client.
- First Name / Last Name / Preferred Name: Client's identifying details.
- Chart ID: Client's chart ID.
- Medical Record Number: Client's unique medical record number (MRN).
- DOB: Date of birth of the client.
- Assigned Clinician: The clinician responsible for the note.
- Note Signed: Indicates whether the note has been signed.
- Note Co-Signed: Indicates whether the note has been co-signed.
- Co-Signature Request Sent To: Name of the provider who was sent the co-signature request.
- Date Co-Signature Requested: The date when the co-signature was requested.
- Date Signed: The date when the note was signed by the assigned clinician.
Report Filters
By default, the report includes filters for Encounter Start Date and Encounter End Date.
