v9.1 Release Notes (Release Date: October 29, 2025)

Enhanced Search Functionality in the Manual Posting Worklist

Previously, when adding claims in the manual payment worklist, searches were limited to client name, account number, and date of service. You can now search claims using additional parameters, including:

1. Service Date Range
2. Clinician
   
3. Location
   
4. Primary Insurance
   
5. Secondary Insurance
   
6. Tertiary Insurance

For example, you can search for claims within a specific service date range or filter claims by primary or secondary insurance to quickly find what you need.

Navigate to Dashboard > Payments Worklist > Manual Posting Worklist > Enter New Payment.

Click Add Claims.

The newly added search parameters are available in the section highlighted below:
