v9.2 Release Notes (Release Date: November 13, 2025)

Overview 

ICANotes+ version 9.2 includes minor usability enhancements, including improved clinician sorting and new report filters.

View Clinicians in Alphabetical Order on the Calendar

Clinicians are now displayed in alphabetical order in the following areas of the calendar:

  • Day view

  • Providers dropdown in the Filter Availability section

  • Clinician dropdown on the Add Appointment screen

This update helps you quickly locate clinicians when scheduling or filtering appointments.

New Filters Added to the Payments/Adjustments Report

The Payments/Adjustments Report has been enhanced with additional filters and columns, allowing you to generate more specific and detailed results.

You can now filter the report using the following options:

  • Client – View transactions associated with a specific client.

  • Payer – Narrow results to payments or adjustments linked to a particular insurance payer.

  • Service Code – Filter transactions based on specific service codes billed.

  • Modifiers – Include or exclude transactions using specific service code modifiers.

  • Source – Filter transactions based on the payment source. Available options include Cash, Check, Credit Card, Denia, EFT, Money Order, and Other.

  • Self Pay – Display transactions for clients marked as self-pay in the Account > Insurance section of the client’s chart.

  • Reference Number – Locate transactions using a unique reference or check number.

  • Transaction Code – Filter results by a specific transaction type or code. Available options include Account Adjustment, Credit, Write-off, and Bad Debt.

Additionally, when running the report or exporting it to Excel, two new columns—Modifiers and Self Pay—are now included for more comprehensive reporting. These enhancements provide greater flexibility and precision when analyzing payments and adjustments.
