Overview

Claim History allows you to review the actions and status changes recorded for a claim. You can see whether an action was performed by a user or the system, when it occurred, and, the values before and after a change.

Viewing Claim History

1. On the Claims tab, locate the claim.
2. In the Claim History column, select Claim History.
3. Review the claim's history.
   

Reviewing Claim History Details

The Claim History screen displays:

• User: The user or system that performed the action.
• Action: The action performed on the claim.
• Timestamp: The date and time the action occurred.

Expand an action to view additional details, including the Field, Before, and After values when available.

For example, Claim History can show a change from Submission in Progress to Submitted.

Can I see who performed an action on a claim?
Yes. The User column identifies the user or system that performed the action.

Can I see when an action occurred?
Yes. The Timestamp column shows when the action occurred.

Can I see what changed on a claim?
Yes. When change details are available, expand the action to view the Field, Before, and After values.

Does Claim History include system actions?
Yes. Claim History can include actions performed by both users and the system.
