Accessing Quick Calendar Features

Overview

The Quick Calendar provides a streamlined view of a clinician’s daily schedule. It is designed for clinicians, schedulers, and front-office staff who need a quick way to verify appointments, update appointment statuses, print schedules, or navigate to a client’s chart or appointment without using the full Calendar module.

The Quick Calendar allows you to:

  • Filter appointments by clinician and date.

  • Include or exclude group appointments.

  • Update appointment statuses.

  • Hide cancelled or rescheduled appointments.

  • Navigate to a client’s chart or appointment.

  • Print schedules for a single clinician or all clinicians.


Accessing the Quick Calendar

You can access the Quick Calendar from the left sidebar.





Appointment View by Clinician and Date

The Quick Calendar displays all appointments for the selected clinician and date, including individual and group appointments.

To view appointments:

  1. From the left sidebar, select Quick Calendar.

  2. In the Filter by Clinician list, select a clinician. By default, appointments for all clinicians appear.

  3. In the Show Appointments on field, select a date.

  4. To display group appointments, select the Show Group Appointments check box.







Appointment Status Updates

Each appointment row includes a status field. To update a status, select the status box and choose the appropriate option from the list.





Cancelled and Rescheduled Appointment Visibility

To hide cancelled or rescheduled appointments, select the Hide Cancelled/Rescheduled check box.





Printing a Single Clinician’s Schedule

Select Print to print the selected clinician’s appointments for the chosen date.




The print preview displays:

  • Client name

  • Appointment date

  • Appointment time




Printing All Clinicians’ Schedules

Select Print All Clinician Appointments to print appointments for all clinicians scheduled on the selected date.





The generated report organizes appointments by clinician and includes:

  • Client name

  • Chart ID

  • Date of birth

  • Mobile phone

  • Appointment time

  • Appointment duration

  • Appointment type

  • Contact type

  • Location

  • Insurance details, including patient balance





Chart Navigation

Each appointment row includes a Chart option. Select Chart to open the client’s chart. You are redirected to the client’s Chart screen.






Appointment Navigation

Each appointment row includes an Appt option. Select Appt to open the client’s appointment details. You are redirected to the Appointment screen.
