Double-Sided Printing on a Mac

 

These instructions are for the OS X El Capitan.

 

1.  Open a text program like Microsoft Word or Pages.


2.  Go to File and then Print from the dropdown menu.

  

3.  This window will open. 

 

4.  Choose the printer that you want to print double sided.

  

5.  Under the third dropdown menu, go to Layout.

 

6.  This window will open. 

 

7.  Turn on Two-Sided printing.

  

8.  Then go to Presets to save.

 

9.  Put in a name for the settings and click .  

 

10.  Close the Print window by clicking Cancel.

 

You are now set up for double-sided printing on your Mac.
