Formatting Shrub Content in Notes

Overview

When creating shrub content in notes, you can format the text to suit your needs. The formatting toolbar allows you to:

  • Make text bold, italic, or underlined

  • Add numbered or bulleted lists

  • Change the font size

  • Apply strikethrough

  • Adjust indentation

Before you can use these options, make sure the formatting toolbar is turned on in your personal preferences.

Step 1: Turn On the Formatting Toolbar

To turn on the formatting toolbar:

  1. Go to Personal Preferences.

  2. Select the Note Settings tab.

  3. Scroll down and turn on the toggle for Formatting Toolbar.

Step 2: Locate the Formatting Toolbar in Notes

After you turn on the toolbar:

  1. Go to client's chart.

  2. Open any note.

  3. Locate the formatting toolbar above the shrub area.

  4. Enter your shrub content and use the toolbar to apply formatting as needed.

The formatted content also appears in the compiled note.
