How to Enter Custom Content in Treatment Plan

Overview 

This knowledge base article guides you on creating custom content within the treatment plan.

 

Customized Content 

ICANotes+ allows you to select shrub content according to your needs. However, if the desired content is not available in the shrub content, you can create your custom content to display on the treatment plan. To do this, use the slider at the top right of your screen to enable the Edit Mode button. Once enabled, you can find the Add Custom Content link within your manifestation list, as highlighted in the screen below.


 

 

 

The Add Custom Content screen appears as shown below. Enter the button name in the first field and then provide three variations of the phrase. The program will randomly select one of these variations to insert into the field.



 

 

Locate the Merge Fields dropdown on the right side. This dropdown allows you to select the desired term while forming phrases. It opens with a list of values, as shown in the screen below.

 

 

 

 

After you add the custom content, it will appear on your treatment plan as shown below. You can locate the Edit and Delete icons for custom content.




Notes

Once the custom content is displayed in the treatment plan preview, you cannot edit its values.
