Grant Permission to Access Payer Rules

Overview

This Knowledge Base article provides comprehensive guidance on assigning user access to the Payer Rule feature within the system. By using this guide, administrators can efficiently manage access and ensure that only authorized personnel can handle Payer Rule related tasks.

 

 

Grant Permission to Access Payer Rules 

To grant permission to access payer rules: 

 

  1. Go to Settings > Practice Settings > Roles & Permissions.
  2. Select the Edit button for the desired role.
  3. On the Update Role screen, expand the Payer Rules tab and select the Access Payer Rules checkbox.

 

 

 

 

Users without this permission will not see the Payer Rules section under the Settings > Revenue Cycle Management tab, as shown below.
