Grant User Access to Manage Clinical Team

Overview  

This Knowledge Base article explains how to assign user access for managing the clinical team. Only authorized users can add users to or remove users from the clinical team. Users without the required permissions cannot perform these actions.

 

Grant User Access to Manage Clinical Team

To grant user access to manage clinical team:

 

  1. Go to Settings > Practice Settings > Roles & Permissions.
  2. Select the Edit button for the desired role.
  3. On the Update Role screen, expand the Chart Face tab and select the Manage Clinical Team checkbox.

 




 

Users without this permission will find the Add New button disabled on the Clinical Team screen. 





Users without this permission will also find the Edit button disabled within the Caseload Security > Account Management > Manage Clinical Team by Client section.
