How to Alphabetize Your Custom Buttons
To alphabetize your Custom Buttons in any area of ICANotes:
1. Locate the Custom Button list you'd like to categorize and click the
button for one of the buttons.
2. The Custom Buttons edit screen will open. In the top left corner, click the
button.
3. You will receive this popup warning. Click Yes to proceed. Doing so will sort your personal custom buttons in that list in alphabetic order.
4. Take a moment to review your custom buttons. If desired, go ahead and make any other changes here while the work areas are open. when ready, click the
button to return to your note work areas.
Note: If you have shared custom buttons, they will remain pinned at the top of your custom button list. However, custom buttons that have been shared with you will not follow the same order.
