How to Generate a Superbill in ICANotes

1. To generate a superbill for a patient visit, simply go to the patient's Chart Face and click on the Patient account button.

 
 
 
2. Find the appropriate service charge. Click the printer icon.  
 
 

 

Note: You need to have a finished note attached to the service charge in order to generate a superbill for the visit.
 
3. When the popup Print Service window populates, click SuperBill.
 
 


4. Click OK to proceed. 
 
 
 

5. Review the superbill information.
Provider Name
Location (if applicable)
Encounter Number
Date
Start and end time (if entered)
Patient Information
Insurance Information
Procedure Codes
Diagnosis/es
Signature Lines
