Practice Management Updates

View Previous Notes Within Work Areas

A new "Chart Notes" button has been added to the work areas of all note types (excluding forms/assessments) to allow the note writer to reference previously created notes without leaving the active note. A finished note can be previewed but not altered from this dropdown view, and similarly, copying/pasting is prohibited. For more information, please refer to the knowledge base guide.

Calendar Settings

Improvements have been made to the process of modifying existing clinician/user calendars. When a calendar name is changed, and a user clicks to Save, there is no longer a dialog box prompting the user to decide between updating existing records or only using the new name for new events. Now, saving the new name will always update existing events to the new name. Additionally, when clicking to delete a clinician/user calendar, the user will be prompted with a notice that, if needed, the name can be modified instead of deleted.

Copay Reports Received/Owed Report

The "Patient Copays Received" report in the Calendar has been updated and is now "Patient Copays Received/Owed." Users will have the option of generating the information for Patient Copays Received (default), Patient Copays Owed, and (combined) Copays Received and Owed. Managed Care Authorizations on Chart Flag

An option for displaying Managed Care Authorizations within the patient chart flag message has been added. When this new field is checked, the managed care authorizations will be displayed within the chart flag popover.

BillFlash Online Post Payments

We have added a new button in Patient Accounts > Online Post Payments which will download payment remittances on demand. Messaging has been added to inform the user of the status of the download and transactions. Additionally, the messaging will display relevant error messages for issues such as a server error.
