ICANotes Updates for October 12, 2021   Changes made to ICANotes in our October 12, 2021 release are described below. Please call ICANotes Support at 443-569-8778 if you have any questions or visit our HIPAA-compliant Support Portal.   Practice Management Updates     Patient Accounts New export options have been added to the Patient Accounts custom export, including Date (Primary/Secondary) Claim Filed, Date (Primary/Secondary) Claim Paid, and Primary/Secondary Claim Number.      Calendar New appointment statuses have been added to the calendar: Arrived and Checked Out. These statuses are visible in Event Details within both the new and legacy calendars, as well as in various reporting throughout ICANotes, such as the Portal Reminder Service Report.      Injectable Codes The following injection codes will now prompt for an NDC number when used in the first service code dropdown field: J0120, J3301, and J2550. For more information on injectable codes and workflow, please refer to this Knowledge Base article.    October Webinars Our October webinar schedule is now available. Please join us for all new webinars presented by our training team! Clinical Updates   Chart Details The Chart Details pop-out within progress notes has been updated to now display Follow Up/Return Visit entries from recent notes. For more information on the Chart Details feature, please refer to this Knowledge Base article.      Forms/Assessments The following forms/assessments are now available to all ICANotes customers: Katz Index of Independence in Activities of Daily Living     Did You Know? The login page http://ehr.icanotes.com contains shortcuts to the Upload site, Patient Portal Admin, Telehealth, and more! Have a question or need assistance?
