Multiple User Access
Q: Can multiple users work on the same claim simultaneously?
A: No, Inovalon does not allow more than one user to work on the same claim simultaneously. If multiple users have the same claim open, only the first user who saves the claim will do so successfully. Other users working on an outdated version of the claim will receive an error message.
