Patient Education Material from MedlinePlus

Within the Work Areas of Complete Assessments and Progress Notes, users are able to access the MedlinePlus website to print documentation for their patients.

1. If using the Standard Medication List, click the Enter button. 

​

2. Click within the Diagnoses area (by clicking the Enter button) for users to access and print patient documentation for diagnoses.

1. Click on the blue i icon on the right for the medication you would like to view. 

 

 

You will be brought to the MedlinePlus webpage, clicking on the medication link (in blue) will bring you to the next page which will give you more information about the medication. To print MedlinePlus webpage, click on the "Options Icon" to the top right of the browser and select the print option.

2. Click on the blue i icon on the right for the diagnosis you would like to view. 

 

 

You will be brought to the MedlinePlus webpage where you will be able to print MedlinePlus webpage by clicking on the "Options Icon" to the top right of the browser and selecting the print option.   Clicking on the diagnosis link (in blue) will bring you to the next page which will give you more information about the diagnosis.

After clicking on the diagnosis on the previous webpage, you are able to Print this page in the same way or explore questions/answers by clicking on more links.
