Updated New/All Patient Record Report Export Process

Updated New/All Patient Record Report Export Process

1. From the dropdown Reports menu, choose the New/All Patient Records. 

 

2. Run the Patient Records report. 

 

3. Click the  button to export the data. 

 

4. Select the data that you would like to export. Click the  button.

 

5. You will receive a message explaining that the report was exported and available on the Upload Site. 

 

6. Once you logged in, go to the Exports tab (on the left side) and you will find your report. 

 

7. Click the format that you want to use (Excel was used for this demonstration). The report should show at the bottom of the browser. Click on the file at the bottom left of the browser.


 

8. This is an example of the exported report on Excel.
