Chart Details

Chart Details

Chart Details allow ICANotes users to easily reference specific clinical details from within the work areas of a progress note, as seen from the patient's Chart Face. Chart Details can be accessed from the following note types by clicking the   button: Prescriber (part 1), Therapist, Nursing, Case Manager/Social Worker, Primary Care, and Quick Note.

Look for the Chart Details button at the top of your progress note.

When clicked, a pop-out will appear displaying the patient's Current Diagnosis, Active Problem List, Current Medications, Adverse Drug Reactions/Allergies, Health Concerns and Risk Factors, and Follow up/Return Visit.
