ICANotes Updates for June 26, 2023 Changes made to ICANotes in our June 26, 2023 release are described below. Support is available 24/7.  Practice Management Updates Updated Chart Face As part of ongoing efforts to modernize the classic ICANotes user experience, the Chart Face has been updated to reflect a refreshed design while introducing new customization options! While some buttons have been relocated, the overall design of the classic Chart Face remains. With this new update, users can now customize the buttons displayed on the patient's Chart Face. Security Administrators interested in enabling the new Chart Face for their group can email Support at ticket@icanotes.com.  For more details, please read this Knowledge Base article. Coming Soon: Payments with Nexio We are excited to announce we have launched an integration with Nexio which provides customers with new opportunities for real-time credit card processing and payment requests for collecting copays, pre-payments, and other types of payments via credit card.  Features will be released in phases, and Nexio has a limited-time offer of 2.7% and $0.23 per transaction with no monthly fees. Clinical Updates Updated MAR Month/Day View Along with the updated Chart Face, we are also including in this release an updated look to the MAR header in both Month and Day views. The modernized header offers the same easy access to patient data, the calendar, and reports.  Quick Month View (MAR) Each row of the MAR Day View Entry screen now has a "quick month view" button that displays the month grid for that row. This quick view feature will allow clinical users to quickly reference past administrations of a drug, as well as who administered it.  Forms & Assessments The following forms/assessments have been added and are now available for use: DLA 20 Youth Form Safety Plan Additionally, the following form names have been updated:  MFQ - Parent: Mood and Feelings Questionnaire is now MFQ - Parent Report on Child: Short Version MFQ - Child: Mood and Feelings Questionnaire is now MFQ - Child: Short Version In observance of the upcoming holiday...
