ICANotes Telehealth Back Office will now always populate on top of other windows you may have open. This requires installation of an icon on your computer.
You can download the app using this Link.
When you click on the file, select the Desktop as the location to save for easy location.
Once the download is complete, double click on the file in your desktop to open it.
Accept the License Agreement. Click Next.
Ensure the box to create a desktop shortcut is checked to keep the program easy to locate. Click Next.
The program is ready for installation. Click the Install button.
You will be able to see the progress of Installation measured by a green bar.
Once the installation is complete, click Finish.
Enter your Username and Password then click on Sign In.
The Telehealth window will remain on top of any other programs or windows you may have open. You can minimize the window when not in use. The icon will remain in the the taskbar and when clicked, will open the Telehealth Back Office window.
When you log in for the first time, you will encounter a welcome message. Click 'Next' to begin a tour of Back Office. Click 'Next' on each popover to move on to the next step in the tour.
Once the tour has been completed click Done to use Back Office. (This tour can be accessed again from the Help Center for review.)
