Overview

The Client Portal allows clients to securely manage their care online. Clients can register for portal access, view and complete shared documents, manage appointments, exchange secure messages with their practice, access billing information, and update account and profile details.

The Client Portal provides a streamlined interface with intuitive navigation across registration, appointments, messages, documents, billing, and profile management.

Registration Page

The registration page allows client portal users to verify their identity and create a password to access the portal securely.





Dashboard

The Dashboard provides quick access to key areas of the client portal.

The following tabs appear at the top of the screen for easier navigation:

  • My Documents
  • Appointments
  • Messages
  • My Account

Shared documents, forms, notes, and invoices are accessible from the Dashboard. Clients can review documents, complete required actions such as signatures, and return them to the practice.




My Documents

The My Documents page displays forms, notes, and other documents shared with clients through the portal.

Clients can:

  • Review and download documents
  • Complete and sign forms, when required
  • Submit completed documents back to the practice

The updated layout improves readability and navigation across devices.




Appointments

The Appointments page displays scheduled appointments for clients.

Clients can also submit appointment requests directly from this page.

The redesigned interface provides a more responsive scheduling experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Messages

The Messages page allows secure communication between practices and clients.

Clients can:

  • View messages sent by the practice
  • Reply to existing messages
  • Compose and send new messages

The updated messaging experience improves readability and accessibility on smaller screens.




My Account

The My Account page allows clients to manage billing-related information.

Clients can:

  • View and download invoices
  • Review account balances
  • Make full or partial payments
  • Save payment methods for future use

After a payment is submitted, the practice receives a notification indicating that the client has completed the payment.




My Profile

The My Profile section allows clients to view and update their personal information.

Clients can:

  • Update general information
  • Update demographic details
  • Add or update contact information
  • Add or update related contacts
  • View insurance details


Switching Between Accounts

To switch between accounts, the clients can select the required account from the account dropdown in the upper-right corner of the portal.
