Save Referrals & Lab Reqs As PDFs in Documents Tab

This knowledge base article will demonstrate the ability to save referrals and laboratory requisitions as PDFs in the Documents tab. 

 

Referrals:

 

1. In the Referral/Consult Form area, choose/click an existing referral to pull up (or create a new one and save it).

 

 

2. When the referral shows up to the right, click the Save as PDF button.

 

 

 

3. From the Chart Face, click the Documents tab. 

 

 

 

 

4. The Referral is seen in the Clinical Documents.

 

 

Laboratory Requisitions:

 

1. From the Clinical Order Sheet, click the  button.

 

 

 

2. After the lab orders have been created. You are able to save all to PDF by clicking the Save As PDF button.

 

 

 

 

3. From the Chart Face, click the Documents tab. 

 

 

 

4. The Referral is seen in the Clinical Documents.
