What is a Treatment Plan Administrator?
The treatment plan administrator is a user that is able to see treatment plans due dates for all users within the group. The administrator can monitor the treatment plan due dates for everyone and help prevent them from becoming overdue.
How to set up a treatment plan administrator:
1. A security administrator can assign treatment plan administrators by going to the security center through Settings & Directories.
2. Edit a user.
3. Click the Treatment Plan Admin check box.
4. Save changes to the user.
Where the treatment plan dates are monitored:
The list can be seen on the clinician reminder sheet. To access, select the Clinician Reminder Sheet from the Reports Menu.
Treatment Plan information will be toward the bottom Left of the Clinician Reminder Sheet.
