v10.0 Release Notes (Release Date: July 17, 2026)

Overview

Version 10.0 introduces greater flexibility when compiling notes by allowing you to control whether Time Spent and Duration information is included, with configurable default and per-note settings. This release also enhances document management by making it easier to track when documents are received and improving the multi-document download experience with better status notifications and error handling

Customize Time Spent Information in Compiled Notes

You can now control whether Time Spent and Duration information is included in compiled notes. Set your preferred default in Personal Preferences, or override it for an individual note during the compilation process.

Enhancements include:

  • Adds a Time Spent option to Personal Preferences > Note Settings to control whether Time Spent and Duration are included in compiled notes by default.
  • Includes Time Spent and Duration by default for new users and practices.
  • Displays Not Applicable in the Note Settings table for note types where Time Spent is not supported.
  • Adds an Include Time Spent in the note? Yes/No option to the Time Spent modal for per-note control.
  • Automatically reflects your saved Personal Preferences setting when opening the Time Spent modal.
  • Allows you to override the default setting for an individual note without changing your saved preference for future notes.

Track Document Received Dates

When uploading a document, you can now specify the date the document was received. The document details now use Uploaded and Received instead of Created and Last Updated.

The Received Date field is editable, allowing you to enter the original date the document was received. After you save the document, the received date appears in the Documents tab.

Enhancements include:

  • Continues downloading available documents even if some selected documents are unavailable.
  • Displays a detailed message listing unavailable documents and the associated error information.
  • Allows you to cancel the multi-download process before downloading the available documents.
  • Displays a confirmation message after the multi-document download request is submitted.

Record Co-insurance and Deductible Amounts for Insurance Plans

You can now record a Co-insurance Percentage and Deductible Amount when adding or editing an insurance plan. These optional fields are also displayed on insurance cards, making it easier to reference a client's payment responsibility when collecting payments.

These values are provided for reference only and do not affect copay or charge calculations.

Print a Client Face Sheet

You can print a client face sheet from the client's chart. The face sheet includes client information, such as the client's name, chart ID, date of birth, contact information, insurance details, and the date it was printed. The face sheet will continue to be enhanced in future releases.
