This error is caused when there are several documents queued up ready to go to ICANotes, but one or more document has N/A for patient name.  This is caused by not saving a document before uploading first.

 

To fix this issue, please follow these steps:

 

1.  Sign into the Kno2 website

 

2.  On the left menu, go to .

 

3.  Look for any patients with the name of N/A.

 

 

4.  Go to the right sided  dropdown menu and select 'Delete'.

 
 

 

5.  This message will briefly appear at the top of the webpage to indicate successful deletion.

 
 

6.  Delete all of the documents that have N/A patients.

 

 

Alternatively, you can add the patient's name, date of birth, and document type to the N/A patients.

 

7.  Click the N/A patient.

 

 

8.  Fill in the missing fields.  (First Name, Last Name, D.O.B., and Document Type must be filled in.)

 
 

9.  Save and upload the document.

  

A.  Click the  icon to save the document.

 

This message will briefly appear at the top of the webpage to indicate successful saving.

  

 

B.  Click the  icon to upload the document.

 

This message will briefly appear at the top of the webpage to indicate successful download from Kno2/upload to ICANotes.

 

10.  On , the document should now appropriately show the patient's name. 

 

 

The document should now appropriately upload to ICANotes.
