Treatment Plan Signatures
1. To get to the signature fields on your Treatment Plan, from the last tab (Compile Plan), click the COMPILE NOTE/SAVE to Progress Notes button.
2. You can Print the document and sign on the printed document. Or,
3. You can your mouse, tablet, or Topaz device to capture signatures.
- From the dropdown menu, choose who is signing. In this example, I chose patient and the patient's name populated.
- Click the Capture Signature button.
- Use the mouse, finger or stylus on tablet, or Topaz device to sign.
- Click the Accept Signature button.
4. You can electronically sign using the Electronically Sign and Lock this Note button.
- Click the Electronically Sign and Lock this Note button.
- Under Signed Copies, the date, time, and your name will show.
- You can request cosigners by clicking the green + sign.
5. If you have been requested to sign a document. Go to the Compiled Note from the Chart Face (or Work Areas to review the Treatment Plan). Once you are satisfied with the note, click the Electronically Sign and Lock this Note button. You will note that under Requested Cosigners a checkmark will appear by your name and under Signed Copies the date, time, and your name will show.
