Version 10.2.0 introduces the following enhancements:
Practices can now use Go-Sessions to make it easier for new or existing clients to complete and submit forms in the office using a tablet, without needing to use the Client Portal.
With Go-Sessions, practice users can:
Learn more: Using Go-Sessions at the PracticePatients can now upload and share documents directly through the Client Portal. From My Documents, patients can upload one or more files at a time, review and rename files before uploading, and remove files they do not want to share.
Supported file formats include PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, AVIF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, and TXT, with a maximum file size of 20 MB per file.
Uploaded documents are automatically added to the patient's chart and shared with their Principal Clinician, who receives a notification for each document uploaded.
To enable this feature, go to Settings > Client Portal > Portal Settings > My Documents and turn on Allow clients to upload documents from portal.
Learn more: Uploading Documents Through the Client PortalYou can now enter notes when adding or editing a client's insurance information. Notes can contain up to 250 characters and appear with the client's insurance information under Account > Insurance. On the Add/Edit Insurance screen, click Next to go to step 2 where you can see Notes field.

A new Show all current medications in the Medication box preference is available under Personal Preferences > Note Settings. When enabled, the Medication Box displays all current medications from the client’s medication list in Progress Notes, Complete Evaluations, SOAP Notes, Quick Notes, and Primary Care Notes.
When the preference is disabled, the Medication Box continues to display only medications prescribed or discontinued in the current note.
The preference does not affect compiled notes or PDF output.
Review managed care authorizations across clients with the new Managed Care Authorization Report. The report provides a centralized view of authorization details, with options to:

You can now filter the Appointment Report by the client's Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary insurance. When you generate the report, insurance details appear as columns in the report. These columns are also included when you export the report to PDF, CSV, or Excel.

Quick Calendar now remembers your selected From Date, To Date, and Clinician(s) during your active login session. When you return to Quick Calendar, your previously selected filters are automatically restored, and appointments load using those selections.
This eliminates the need to reapply the same filters when navigating away from and returning to Quick Calendar.

Clinicians can now control whether time spent, duration, and start and end times appear on compiled notes.
The redesigned Time Spent modal includes the following options:
Time Spent / Duration: Select Yes or No to include or exclude time spent and duration from the compiled note.
Start and End Times: Select Yes or No to include or exclude start and end times from the compiled note.
A new Start and End Times setting is available in Personal Preferences under note settings. This setting is selected by default, so start and end times are included in notes. To exclude start and end times from notes by default, clear the checkbox and save your preferences. Clinicians can still select Yes in the Time Spent modal to include start and end times for an individual note.
Historical notes, assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans now retain their originally assigned clinician when the clinician is deactivated or transferred. You can continue to identify the clinician assigned to historical records, even after the clinician is no longer active.
The Patient Statement now includes a No Insurance option in the Insurance Type filter. The No Insurance option is selected by default, allowing you to include visits where the patient had no active insurance on the date of service, including visits with outstanding client balances.
