Logging Out of ICANotes
Logging out via an unsupported method - such as clicking the X on the browser window - can cause a host of issues. To avoid these types of issues, it is best to only utilize supported methods for logging out.
When logging out, please utilize the pink Log Off button at the top right of the Chart Room. Alternatively, you can use the Sign Out menu option and choose Exit from the dropdown menu. The latter choice is available in nearly every window of ICANotes.
